No Contact Curbside Pickup:
Curbside services will still be available by appointment only. Place holds online or by phone (419-668-6063).
Call to let us know when you have arrived. Please open your trunk and remain in your vehicle.
A staff person will place your holds directly in your trunk.
Returning Items:
Please continue to return items to our outside drop on Case Ave. All items will be quarantined at least 7 days. Items will then be backdated to avoid overdue fees.
Inside Desk Services:
The front and ADA entrances will be open for patron use to enter the building. At this time, only the adult desk will be open for hold pick up, readers advisory, new cards, discussion of account issues, and general reference questions. You do not need to schedule an appointment for desk services.
Computers, copy machine and faxing will be available for use by appointment only for patrons ages 10 and over. Appointments for computer will be available in 1 hour time slots. In order to use any of these services a mask is required.
* Exact change is requested for fax and copy services.
Browsing Services:
Starting Thursday, October 1st, the main floor (adult/teen area) will be open for browsing by appointment. A selection of children's books will also be available on this floor for browsing. Appointments are limited to 30 minutes. Please call the library (419-668-6063) to schedule an appointment.
Browsing Procedures:
- Stop at the front desk to receive a sanitized browsing basket.
- Sanitize hands before touching materials. Masks must be worn at all times while in the stacks.
- Place all the materials touched inside your basket.
- When finished, return your basket to staff so that materials touched can be either checked out or sanitized for reshelving.
Holds/Requests:
Holds can be placed by calling the library (419-668-6063) or via our online catalog.
Local holds may take over 24 hours to process. Clevnet items could take up to 2 weeks for on-shelf items.

To protect staff and other patrons, masks are currently required for all individuals using computers or copy machine services.
All other patrons over 5 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask when visiting the desk. The staff are wearing masks to protect you and protective barriers are in place at all checkout stations.
Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is not in your party.
All high touch surfaces are being disinfected multiple times throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is strongly encourage upon entrance and will be available at each checkout station.
