Little Thinkers- Three Little Pigs, Thursday June 22nd 11 a.m. ages 3-5.  Do you think you know the story of the three little pigs? Join us as we take an interactive look at the science behind the story.  Which house was the strongest? We'll find out when we let our own Big Bad Wolf loose to huff and puff and put the structures to the test.  

Dr. Insecta

 Come Meet Dr. Insecta and his traveling troupe of bugs. Learn all about the amazing world of insects at this special presentation.  Sign up is required in the children's area. 

Summer Reading Sign up 2017

The Norwalk Public Library is excited to present the 2017 summer reading theme, "Build a Better World": including exciting events such as an "Escape Room", special presentations on getting organized and decluttering, fake news, life hacks, with special visits from the Cincinnati Zoo and Aquarium's Shark Cart with live sharks, and Doctor Insecta!  All the fun kicks off on June 5th and sign ups are open to all ages with preschool and elementary aged children signing up downstairs and teens and adults signing up upstairs.  

Titanic!

Float in Wednesday April 19th at 4:30 for an afternoon of activities and crafts surrounding the RMS Titanic.  Space is limited for this unique program, so sign up soon.  Open to ages 8 And Up!

The Ohio Bigfoot Feb. 25th, 1 p.m.

Saturday February 25th at 1 p.m. Marc DeWerth of the Ohio Big Foot Conference will be joining us for a special presentation of "The Ohio Bigfoot"

Marc DeWerth of Columbia Station, Ohio has been a longtime Bigfoot Investigator with over 25 years experience. He’s involved with groups like the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization), and the Ohio Bigfoot Organization.

January Book Club

Dry Grass of August flew by as a great read for January. A young girl and her family journey south in 1954 America and young Jubie is forced to reconcile herself with the changing tumultuous nature of the south. We couldn't put this book down and we don't think you will be able to either.
